✧ What's the decryption key/code?
You will need to purchase from my shop to access the code.
If you have purchased my product and are having trouble accessing the file please email me a screenshot of the invoice.
✧ What's your refund policy?
Refunds and partial refunds are only offered for incorrect orders and items with major defects on physical products. Please email me with photos.
Digital products cannot be refunded.
✧ When will my order arrive?
Physical orders are shipped out within the week they are placed, and will take 4-5 days for US orders and 1-3 weeks for international orders.
